The LDF Process

In addition the document will include planning policies against which Gypsy and Traveller associated development will be determined. To create a Development Plan Document (DPD) such as the one in question, a local authority has to go through a statutory process to ensure that the plan is sustainable, based on community input and involvement, and creates a strategy for implementation.
